Leading with Excellence: Supervision develops practical leadership skills for current and emerging supervisors. Participants explore communication, motivation, goal setting, teamwork, conflict resolution, respectful workplace practices, hiring, performance management, data-informed decision-making, and ethical leadership. Emphasis is placed on applying supervisory concepts to real workplace situations and developing skills participants can immediately use within their organizations.
